Data set is received in batches using secured ftp site.

Data are downloaded by staff.

After the data are uploaded by customized software the total number bills is output. This helps ensure 100% completion of the work batch.

Once uploaded the data are double keyed by randomly selected keyers.

Before the final output is generated, 20% of the work is verified by quality assurance personnel.

The output is checked against the number of bills received to ensure 100% completion.

The electronically converted data set is transmitted back to the client in a pre-defined encrypted format using ftp sites.

The data set (images and output) is deleted after the customer-specified holding period.
